(RepublicanPress.org) – Former President Donald Trump remained relatively quiet for several months after his departure from the White House. Recently, he’s picked up momentum, giving several in-person interviews and ramping things up on his new social media platform.
On May 25, news media outlets began reporting that Trump has been talking with former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich and several other allies about working together on crafting a new policy agenda to push his “Make America Great Again” platform front and center in the upcoming 2022 midterm elections.
With an eye toward winning back the House and Senate in the 2022 midterm elections, Donald Trump has begun crafting a policy agenda outlining a MAGA doctrine.

Eager to help Republicans retake the House and Senate, the former president is putting together a new plan to shape the party’s doctrine moving forward. He is crafting his agenda based on Gingrich’s 1994 “Contract with America.”
Gingrich was able to lead Republicans to a stunning victory in the 1994 general elections. The party picked up 54 seats in the House and 8 in the Senate, giving them complete control of both chambers and the power to shut down much of then-President Bill Clinton’s plans for the nation.
With Trump’s unwavering support from the Republican base, let’s hope he can lead conservatives to an even greater victory in 2022.
