(RepublicanPress.org) – Democrats consistently appear to be completely clueless when it comes to the interests of evangelical and Hispanic voters. Instead of reaching out to them and identifying their concerns, leading Leftists like Barack Obama tend to group them together using unwarranted stereotypes.
A perfect example of this trend is Obama’s interview with The Breakfast Club radio show on November 25. Towards the end of that interview, the conversation turned to the 2020 presidential election. According to Obama, Hispanics voted for President Donald Trump because they were evangelical Christians.
Obama on @breakfastclubam: “… There’s a lot of evangelical Hispanics who, the fact that Trump says racist things about Mexicans, or puts undocumented workers in cages, they think that’s less important than the fact that he supports their views on gay marriage or abortion." pic.twitter.com/8OpocwYrLV

Continuing, he explained that by virtue of being evangelical voters, they cared more about President Trump’s political views on abortion and same-sex marriage than they did about his perspective on Mexicans and undocumented workers.
Of course, Obama is overlooking the fact that evangelicals care about numerous other issues like family values, personal freedom, and limited governments — all values President Trump supports.
Interestingly, the left-leaning Washington Post pointed out that Hispanic voters represent a large and diverse group of individuals — one that Obama and other Democrats don’t seem to understand.
